Floyd E. Burroughs, Sr., P.E. formed his own engineering consulting firm in 1954. In 1961, the company became an Indiana Corporation. For over 50 years, Floyd E. Burroughs & Associates, Inc. (FEBA) has established and maintained a solid reputation of providing excellence in civil engineering services for the State of Indiana, as well as several counties, cities and towns within the state. FEBA is owned and operated by residents of Indiana. There is no foreign ownership or out-of-state involvement.

The Professional Engineering staff at FEBA has a combined total of 100 years of experience in design and management of public works projects. Each have their own expertise in various aspects of road and bridge transportation design. Additionally, the same knowledge and expertise is evident throughout the management of every construction administration, drainage design and site design project we are selected to do.
Although a smaller firm as compared to others, FEBA employs a more than adequate staff of design engineers, draftspersons, bridge and construction inspectors, and administrative personnel to support the P.E.’s throughout the development of each project. Our entire team of professionals are comprised of only the best educated and experienced men and women in the engineering business.
